We at Milir, follow a very thorough quality check process and make sure to provide our customers with the premium quality products.
The products purchased on our website do not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Milir within 24 hrs of its receipt. Any communication received after 24 hrs of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.
Milir holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
- An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match with the ordered size
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
- All accessories are not applicable for exchange.
- If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within the same day of delivery with the following information: – Order number – Delivery address – Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
